Our Story

From Family Kitchen to Professional Sports Teams

Founder and Executive Chef Tim Gonzales began cooking at just four years old, learning foundational techniques and flavors from his grandmother’s kitchen. What started as curiosity quickly became a calling.

Chef Tim sharpened his skills in professional restaurants, mastering diverse cuisines and high-volume service before taking his talents to Phoenix, Arizona, where he worked with Cookin' On Wood. That move became a turning point — opening doors to relationships with MLB teams and professional athletes who demanded precision, consistency, and excellence.

Those early partnerships laid the groundwork for what All Around The World Cuisine is today:
a trusted name in sports team catering across the U.S.

Chef Tim Gonzales: The Man Behind the Craft

Chef Tim Gonzales is not a chef who follows trends — he’s one who builds systems, relationships, and trust through food.

After refining his skills in Phoenix with Cookin' On Wood, Chef Tim began building lasting relationships with MLB teams and professional athletes. His work later brought him to Cincinnati, where he cooked for the Cincinnati Reds and continued expanding his reputation as a chef who understands performance-driven dining.

Chef Tim has also served as the personal chef for MLB pitcher Bronson Arroyo, working closely with athletes to create meals that balance flavor, nutrition, and consistency — meals athletes actually want to eat, day after day.

Beyond the kitchen, Chef Tim is known for his ability to connect with players. Through interviews and ongoing conversations with athletes, he has gained firsthand insight into how food impacts recovery, routine, and mindset — insights that directly influence how menus are built at All Around The World Cuisine.

Today, Chef Tim leads every menu with the philosophy that food should perform as well as the people it serves.
